Dear friends, I am trying to replace all the sash parts pertaining to a 53" wide x 50 5/8 tall PGT vinyl window i have installed in my office (drywall inside, stucco on block outside). Please help identify these parts for my window balance. The coil is 0.5" wide and the sash weighs 12.6 pounds. There is one coil on each side. The latch is used on right hand side. Measurements are: between mounting holes, 3"; overall length, 4", width without latch mechanism, 7/8", width including latch, 1 1/32".

Need one tilt latch and 2 coil balance for window.

Hi there, I have a broken pivot shoe and spiral balance from a window with no identifiable markings. The pivot shoe is 2?x1.25?x.5?. I didn?t see any options that had the similar curved metal piece, so I was hoping for an alternate suggestion. Thanks! Melissa

Per the photo, the only part number I can find, or manufacturer's mark is Series NCXT/BMII. The bottom screw post holding the handle onto the assembly has broken. My sliding door is approximately 25 years old. The locking mechanism has broken and I'm trying to replace it. There are no numbers or identifying markings on the door or the mechanism. The door is vinyl on the outside and wood on the inside.
