hi i am looking for a bottom track replacement for my 96x80 patio door (label sgd-lc25-96x96, sgd-r15-189x96, sgd-r20-141x95) and wondering where I can order it? thanks!

I have an Anderson window with both strings broken to the bottom pane. Will need 2 balancers. See the pix of 1 that is bad 11600-17 T3 12#27 8-97 With the wood around the window 27" tall by 40" wide(1 pane)

I currently have prime windows and am in need of a replacement window keeper.

Need 10 assemblies of the 29-6 IX CMC 7 and 1 of the 36-9 IX CMC 11 I understand the 29-6 and the 36-9 but what does the IX and CMC 7/11 mean?

29 4 spring balancer with guides on both clips. Sash is approx. 14-18 lbs. Metal channel is 29 5/8. Markings on channel are 29 4 and what looks like TSB. This a Milgard vinyl window.

Do you have a part number for the photo. Customer is saying this is a Prism window.

The frame is 5/16 x 7/16, I have looked everywhere and cannot find anything like it.

I am looking for these latches, any help is appreciated! These come out of an exterior door sliding window. I believe the door was manufactured from a Canadian company in the 90's, but not positive. Looking to replace both door locks.. do you carry these? Also not sure how the part with instructions is used but there's nothing to move in the direction to lock it, it's looks like it needs replacing as well.
