Trying to replace slider handle Inside handle says C D 45 Exterior handle CD 442

The inside door handle broke after 50+ years of use. The handle was manufactured by Sash Controls Inc. The handle is aluminum and doesn't extend far from the door so the screen can pass past it. Reliabilt model 332 sgd tandem adjustable rollers with a "V" stamped on chassis. Rollers are 2 1/8 in diameter, approximately 1/4 in width. Originally ordered item 81-095. Chassis is the same as OEM on my doors, but rollers are larger.
