Hi, our home has a lot of 1995 Weather Shield casement windows with "Truth" hardware, which has become worn out. We would like to replace these cranking mechanisms. I need to find & buy the correct replacement parts! Thank you.

We are looking to replace this handle as the lock mechanism is busted. Please see the pictures and let us know if there is a replacement.

Full double hung windows measures 21" wide x 33" high

The Manufacturer is PPG Herculte Hole spacing 5 1/2 inches Entire handle is 8 1/2 inches Door is 2 inches thick I would be interested in just a handle if available. Thank you

Hello can you please tell me which sash balancers should I use for my windows? The windows are from 1967

Our condo complex is 40 years old and these things mount on the window jambs to keep the screens in place. Most are broken off and the rest break very easily. I want to replace them, since screens occasionally blow out of the windows and end up in the parking lots when it's really windy. I can't see ... (cont.)

They are 1-7/8 in. diameter and I need to put a bolt through them.

My windows are like 45/50 years old. So hard for me to get a picture as they are very brittle. Describing the cross section it has a flat bottom of 1/4" not including the part that goes into the wood. Then goes from the left end at an 11:00 o'clock direction for approximately .100" then continues a ... (cont.)

These coils have snapped on 2 of my double hung edgemont replacement windows. I have removed them and uploaded a photograph of the problematic parts. There are markings on the balance that read "485". The metal coils are stamped with an "8". Each window pane weighs appoximately 15.5 lbs. I believe I ... (cont.)

Marking in grave is: B.S.I 1410 15 inches long metal channel. The Width of the metal channel is half is 5/8 . The bottom part is 1 1/8 .

I don't know the brand of window this is. Maybe the bar code means something to you. The bottom receiver on the bottom sash has broken apart (the aluminum round part.) I hope that you can come up with the part for me. Thank you

The Certainteed window has one coil on each side. The sash weighs 20 lbs. The sash is approximately 37" x 29.5". What coil do I need?
