Good Afternoon, I am looking to purchase some window balances for my MI window Series 3500 I'm looking for both left and right balances, Inv Coil Balance 3060EQ Right and Lefts. I need plastic screen corners. MY existing ones have a 782 number on them. I need 2 regular ones and 2 with a stop.

Our kitchen LH and RH locks look like these. Both have now had the "flanged" washers fall off, this being the flanged washer like that in fourth picture above in Dearborn Hts, Michigan's inquiry of Apr 10, 2023. Don`t know how to remove the tilt latch. Will need 4 of them and would like a new screen if possible. windows came from Home Depot about 2010.

Can you please help me identify what channel balancer I need? This is from a Milgard window. The only information I can find on it is 13 4 PM. Between the 4 and the PM going across in the opposite direction, I see what could be ISF or TSF Or IS8 (very hard to see).
