Hi, on one of our 16 year old Alside windows, the metal spring broke on the left hand side of the frame. The window sash weighs 18.5 lbs, and the sash dimensions are 29.5" x 30.5". Hello - I am in need of a replacement base piece with spindle for a 1989 Marvin casement window. The one Marvin sent me is on the left in the photo, but does not match the older style I have - and I actually believe the spindle for the crank is stripped so mainly need the base piece, not the handle. ... Looking for replacement balancers for my Peachtree window. The stamp on the back of the balancer is 4248 1 BL CALDWELL.

Looked everywhere for replacement guides but unable to find.2 front bottom guides 1 3/8" wide with 2 screws and 2 rear door guides.Make is FIAT over 20 years old. Have also contacted FIAT and American Standard with no luck.

Roller has 1 1/8" metal wheel. Height is 1 3/16" Width is 11/16" I couldn't find any markings on the wheel or a manufacturer on the door itself. Thanks for the help!
