Hello I have Patriot vinyl windows. I just ordered tilt in tabs that I hope fit. I am also looking for the parts in the attached photo. I believe the one item is called a balancing shoe. And the other is the spiral cord Looking forward to seeing if you have these parts Joe

We just noticed that the DH window in one room will not stay in an open position. In fact it comes crashing down when opened.
