I have a customer that needed a window balance replaced , but the are missing this clip that the balance locks into on the bottom of the sash. see attached pics. Any help?

Hi, can you identify the replacements that I need for these parts? I used a caliper to measure the track depth and balance diameter. Balances are 1/2" diameter, red one is 17 3/4" and the blue one is 21". The shoe is about 1/2" thick, 2" high..inside track is 1 3/8" wide.

Looking to replace these balances but unsure as to what I would need

Hello, we had a fire in our garage, and as you can see, I think from the pictures, the sliding screen door, which is for our glass porch, was a casualty. Hi, I need replacement coils, shoe, and bar for my Simonton window. I attached the sticker on the window.
