I am in search of a handle/latch setup to repai one that broke from my awning type crank window. This handle locks the window in place or allows it to be wound out when unlocked. Please look at the broken end. The inside is not round, it is approximately 13 mm hex socket. All of the parts I have found are round inside and that won't work. Hopefully you can help me or suggest someone who can. Thank you.

My window will no longer stay up when we open it. The top window operates normally. I am not sure what parts I need. If the pics are not enough I can take the shoe out and look for a part number and measure it. The problem is this is a rental and Im not there at the moment.
