I'm looking for replacement glazing beads for Andersen® Perma-Shield® casement windows installed in 1992.These windows have a fixed pane on top with interior glass measurements of Width 35 3/4" and Height 43 1/2 " and a lower Awning type casement with interior glass measuring 35 3/4" by 19 1/2".Atta ... Do you have this part or another newer substitute design we can use? We need to replace a bunch of these that are broken.

Not sure where to find these balancers, window will not go up without force and only opens approximately 4". Please help.

I am looking for a beige window latch that goes on the right hand side. It is 3 and a 1/4 inches long. 3/4 depth. Screws are 2 1/2 inches apart.

I have 15 Crestline Millwork windows that need a gear. They open, close and lock except when getting to the section of gear that is stripped. Lock is separately located. I have one of these a clips that snapped. Before purchasing a new one I'd like to know how to install. It looks like the original was built into its frame for my Harvey double hung. I don't see an obvious solution.

Lee has three windows that need new channel balances. The photos are of a 2040 balance that measures 21 inches long. There are two windows that use a 2640 balance that measures 27 inches long.
