The above pictures are of a good balance installed in window. The rod in the middle of the spring is 27 1/4". The sash height is 28 3/4". The lock mechanisms are fine. The block and tackle need to be replaced along with spring and rod. Thank you for your help. Scott

I cannot find any brand names on the windows. What should I put on what they call these? The metal rods protruding from the windows that latch onto the spring assembly, has also broken. Do you sell those as well?

The locking mechanism inside the door handle is broken. I'm hoping I can just replace the part that's broken.
