Hello - this door was installed by prior owner - cannot find any sort of Andersen ID. Internal part of lock set is bad so door handle hangs low, and therefore the door wont fully close/stay closed without locking it. The spring on this latch has broken. The latch is 3-1/2 inches long, is made of aluminum and is powder coated in white. I need some new springs for several windows. Do you sell them? If not, where can I get them?

Can you help ID this weatherstripping for the same window? The metal portion is 16" long and is roughly 1/2 by 1/2 an inch, slightly over. The stamp says 16C BSI.
