The photo shows the number on the bottom sash but I haven't been able to get a good picture of the strip on the upper sash. They appear to be the same tag this one showing bottom but the top tag again appears to be the same. This window won't stay up and I have had to cut dowel rods to keep it clo ... (cont.)

Hello, we are restoring my parent's home. There is space between the metal two windows in my old awning windows. We don't know the middle part (mullion?) that runs vertically between the windows. We did notice some screws just spin that connect the two windows. Also the metal doesn't fit tigh ... (cont.)

Looking for a Truth Dyad operator with a 4.5" arm. I have purchased the 39-187 & 39-188, and the 5" arm is not properly connecting. Can you think of any alternate solutions?

Can you please let me know if you have a replacement for this part...it goes on the wall side of the sliding frame and it is to lock the door in place

I am looking for replacement parts for the one shown. There are no markings or numbers on it. It measures 1 3/8" high, 1 1/4" wide and 9/16" deep. I do not see anything on your website that matches exactly. I thought maybe 15-175 but I see that has been discontinued. Would 15-177 work? ... (cont.)
