Hi, We have several windows to repair, one bigger one has an "8" on the coils so I assume that means 8 pounds. The coils on the 5 smaller windows have "433". Can you please confirm the 8 means eight pounds and tell me what 433 means? Thank you, Natalie

The Door slides on a metal track which has a three quarter Diameter x 7 inch long rubber stop on bottom track, However I need a additional x 7 inch so the door stops earlier to avoid its jumping off its track. I am looking to replace two window balances (one broken) on a tilt window that is original to our house (constructed in 2001). There are no marking on the original balance, but they are plastic tube 3/8" 30" length balances. The tips appear to be white, however, that particular color does NOT show ... (cont.)
