Plastic piece on the track to guide the drawer onto the track

small piece that connects the spiral balancer to the bottom of the sash. It attached to the sash and the spiral hooks on to it. I can send a picture.

I am looking for a replacement window balance. The stamp on the part says 32-5 FG5 CMC 54. Pictures for the broken part is attached. Thanks, Albert
