hello, I have a sliding patio door already installed and would very much like to change the handle to one with a key lock so someone can enter from the back.

The balance is 24" long by 1/2" wide by 5/8" deep. The markings show #2390-26. The window was installed on or about 2006. The PGT part # seems to be 65HSTRK. 25.5" length metal channel. Stamp printed on it is: B.S.I. (PG) as well as the numerals 25 and 4. A photo that includes the stamp was added. Window appears to be Milgard and home was built in 2004 which is when windows were most likely installed. We need 8 balancers.

stamp is 2040 length 21" width 1/2" winged fitting I'm not sure about the measurement for the bottom fitting

The door looks appear to be locked into place I took it apart and it's even worse. All I know is my door is a silver line door #800234 I'm trying to get the lock to work again and I'm not sure what parts I need to replace it.

Got these latches off of a lower sash of a double hung window. I'm not sure of the make of the window itself, but I am wondering if you would be able to identify from the pictures I posted.

I have several of these white pieces that are in the top corners of my storm door with sliding windows. I was unable to identify the door manufacturer. The pieces are held in place with star-shape socket screws. My condo was built in 2000-2002.
