This part is broken, and I need a replacement. It is about 4.625 cm long, 1.3 cm wide, and .6 cm thick. The window is a convertible slider/swing out. Please let me know if you need anything further.

The Channel Balance is stuck in the up position. Nuair window, installed 2007 The window dimensions are top to bottom 70inches from side to side 35inches. Hello, we need surface mounts for our windows and after looking through your catalog we realize you don't have the exact match for the ones we have. The closest ones are 26-078/9, 26-163, and 26-188. Will any of these work for our windows?

When we slide the door to open the sliding glass door lifts up on one side by 3/4 to 1 " and does not slide. It is very hard. Try to adjust the roller but not working properly. Not much effect of adjustment. Need help go dove. Attached is a model number sticker.

The windows are from the 1980's in Florida. The crank has no markings or indications as to the manufacturer. I can not detach the crank arm from the window as they appear to be bolted on.

I'm not sure who made them house is in Hemet California built 1995 the track measures 3 3/8 inch wide and is about 1 3/4 between the rails the doors slide on track is 45 1/2 inch long.
