I have matched my balance to either 380 or 385 but how do I determine 380 or 385 when the old balance plastic has sheared off

I believe this is broken. I need replacement. There is not identification. Roughly 1/2" thick, 2" high, 1 1/4" wide. I need a spiral balance for this as well with charging tool kit.
