I'm looking for this plastic part that locks a awning window. It is located on the window frame and there is one on each side. It actually snaps in place. I'm just looking for a part number etc. so I can buy it. Thank you, John

Channel Length= 26 3/8" Balancer stamped 26 4 unsure of window manufacturer. my best guess would be Pella Windows. I will Need 2 balancers.

Markings -- 23 4 AQ CALDWELL Channel is 24" long ( no plastic )

I need to replace the balance hardware for my windows but cannot provide the brand or part numbers any longer as the store went out of business years ago. I was not able to find parts that looked like the ones in my window.

Your company just did a wonderful job for me replacing some old Truth window cranks. I now have many other window cranks that I need to replace and they say "Bayport Minnesota" on them, which appears to be the home of Anderson Windows. Would you possibly have replacement parts for Anderson Window ... (cont.)

How do I remove sash? Side vinyl track has 2 screws down low. I've seen the process but have never done myself.

Do you have anything comparable to this vent stop? Looks roughly 1-7/16" in length, 1/8" width (1/4" width on the face) and about 1/2" deep. These are from older windows in the Philadelphia suburbs (MontCo)- the company doesn't exist anymore, but I believe they were from the late 80s to early 90s, ... (cont.)

21" channel balance for Milguard non-tilt window. The string of one of the balancer broke. I would like to replace both of them. I replaced one of the similar window channel balancers before.
