Hello there, I have an old sliding door that seems to have a roller that I cannot find from our big box store. It has no markings or any identification. Atatched is the picture and measurements.

Hi, My patio door sticks like crazy. Solution seems to be adjusting the rollers and it will slide fine for a few times, but seems the roller keeps dropping and the door starts to drag and stick. Seems like they just won't stay 'up'. What replacement parts do I need?
