I believe these are window master 1995. Please confirm which part I will need. Do they come as a complete unit? Can you only order cranks, not track parts. I have a couple of other cranks that are starting to crack but sliding part is ok. thanks for your help, Cameron

looking to find a replacement casement operator for this Gerkin window which is over 15 years old. The gears have been stripped in this operator.

Handel is ok but when opening the cover that the mechanism is in is not full attached to the window frame. Thank you

I ordered a "39-188 - Sash Dyad Crank" to replace a crank I have, but the arm connecting to the crank mechanism on the part I ordered is roughly 3 inches long, while that on the part I'm replacing is roughly 4 inches long. I need a new casement window crank ( existing one is bent) and three new lock rod guides. The word TRUTH is on one of the arm sections of the crank. I do not know how the crank handle comes off.
