Do you have anyone, out in the field, that can come to our complex with all the parts to see if they all work? I have the same problem as another customer. My window on the swinging outside edge sags and has to be picked up to close. I need to replace a broken crank. I am not sure if it is right or left hand handle. Milgard part numbers are for right hand HL0201WH and for left hand HL 0200WH. Hi. Please direct ne to the correct replacement part. The balance shoe on one side is definitely broken and I am happy to replace both.
