39-102 T Handle, 11/32"

The inside of the window mechanism has the numbers 31512 on the left and the number 40942-A on the right looking outside the window. The crank itself is round inside--no slots to either side. A small screw has to be worked in order to remove the window screen. I want to replace these with a T han ... (cont.)

I need a casement window operator replacement. It is a "Truth" brand and from your pictures it appears to be part # 39-031? Can you confirm. Also looking for (8) "tee type" crank handles for the same operator? Can you please assist? thanks! Gerry

I have Pozzi casement windows with white crank handles that came with my house when I bought it. I am trying to find a replacement crank operator hardware for 1 right handed window. We currently have the 11/32" crank handles for our kitchen windows and are wondering if we can replace them with the T handle 11/32" so as to achieve a lower profile. Please advise.

The long arm is 9", the short arm is 4 3/8. Says Truth Entry Gard and has a number that looks like 31538, but I can't be sure. I won a glass shop in CA and have ordered from you before. This is in a customer's window, so I can't take it out until we win the job. Thanks, Laurel

Hello, I just had a bay window cushion made and I cannot turn the crank without hitting the cushion. Would a 2 or 4 " crank extender solve the problem? My window was made by Pozzi in the 90's.. Thank you!
