I have several Norco Awning windows and some of the operators are getting worn out. Attached are pictures of one still working. The windows are around 40" wide and the operating arms are around 12" long that push them open. I have attached some photos. I need to know if you have a replacement unit ... (cont.)

Looking for covers and cranks for this window. Can't find any part numbers on it but the brand is Truth and pat. No. 4,840,075. Made in USA. Prefer a foldable crank.

Good morning. I need to replace all the hardware for a window. The base wood rotted and some of the hardware is now missing. The crank also broke. Thinking I need a modified 39-032My long arm is about 5 1/4 not 10 3/4 as in the 39-032 version...so I need a 39-032 with a 5 1/4" long arm (not 10 3/4 as in the 30-032)My window hinges are on the left side of the leverDoes that mean I need the 39-032 type of lever?...or do I need the 39-031 version ... I have 2 windows that need new hardware as they do not close. On one, the plastic is cracked. On the other the cover is coming out and it will not close. Note that each one opens a different directions. What do I need to order please?

Lincoln Window. Gut of crank seems to be stripped. Cannot close window must manually push shut to close and lock window. Extended double arms measure approximately 17 inches. (my best measurement) Thank you for your assessment!Alice
