Crank arm cranks out but doesn't crank back in.

I have a couple casement windows, and the plastic trim that covered the crank mechanism is missing on one. There is no identifying info on the windows, but the one plastic trim piece we have says "TRUTH" as the brand. I'm interested in purchasing two of these trim pieces.

I need help confirming the correct window crank (left and right) for a 9 1/2 & 3 3/4 dual arm as well as crank handle and Caradco cover with appropriate colors. Do the colors fade over time i.e. would it make more sense to replace them all? Thanks!
