Hi, I have two JELD WEN windows that were installed but did not come with crank handles. I have no idea what type of crank handle will fit. Could you please advise? Thank you.

Crank assembly rusted and stripped out. need new crank, open and close assembly and arms are riveted on so looks like it need the 2 arms that go with the assembly. Casement window.

The window does not fully close at the bottom part of the window. the repair person says he can't find these parts anymore. He says he needs Sash, Hardware for hinge arm, sash pívot, rotor gear. The numbers on the parts are: EntryGard Truth Hardware 20755 40887 40941-A

These crank windows are very old. I am trying to replace the hardware that is shown in white as all the hardware we have is in brown.
