Hello, I have attached images showing the parts. The arm coming from the crank has L30841 stamped on it, and the other bottom arm has 31229 (these can be seen in picture). The plastic wheels on the operator arms are worn out. The casement windows are from Atrium Windows manufactured in Dec 2003. "EntryGard Truth" is imprinted on the operator arms. I need to replace the total window crank and I want to change to white facings and window latches. I can't find these anywhere.

The crank on my window does not work. The gears appear to no be working and not sure the part I need. The arms work fine. The window opens left to outside.
