This is a Truth 45251 I need to replace, plus the piece that screws into the window, its all one piece. Window was from 2003 with Truth parts Other numbers on arm are 31850... Number on the back of the crank mechanism is 05282003 0233

I have two Caradco casement window cranks (R and L) that need replacement. I cannot find an exact match on your website. I see similar ones, but mine is 13-1/2?. Can you suggest a replacement? Do you need other info that I can provide without removing what I have?

Morning I have this crank out . When you try to crank in the screw pushes out of assembly. The window crank and gear assembly cranks out towards the left from inside of house. I believe my casement windows are Pozzi Windows. I need 2 white operator covers and 2 white T cranks. The number of teeth on the operator is 12 and there is a notch. The number on the crank handle is 45054. Note: T cranks are going to replace the arm cranks.
