Hi - I have several windows in my house (built by Pardee, San Diego area, 1991) that need the crank operators replaced. There are no identifying marks on the hardware that I can find. Hi. I need to replace this crank handle because the inner rotating part seems stripped as it does not pull the window closed anymore. Can you tell me the replacement part id or number I should order? Regards.

Window handle not working. Can be forced to push the window out, but can't retract the window and the window doesn't sit firm. (Winds will cause window to rattle and bang.) I need to replace these broken cranks. It appears that only the housing is broken. They will crank the windows open. But not closed unless someone is outside assisting with a little pressure. the handle/crank comes out of the broken housing when cranking them closed. They are American Craftsman mode ... (cont.)

Opener says EntryGard Truth on the arm. Long arm is 9.5 inches stamped with #40754 and small arm is 8 inches stamped with #31538. I think it is a KK window. US patent 4.241.541.

have a casement window thats 2 ft wide and can't tell who the manufacturer is. the operator is a Truth brand, arm attach point on the sash appears to be permanently pinned with no stainless spring clip to keep attached? will need that part as well if replacing operator? thanks, Mike ... (cont.)

Hi. This kitchen crank window is at least 20 years old. I'd like replace the crank handle and base. The glass has a "Anderson 2-1" painted on the glass in sort of a white triangle. Please advise if you have a replacement kit for the hardware. Thank you.
