39-114L Crank Handle, 11/32"

The crank will push window out but not return. I bought Parts 39-083 and 39-114. Do you know how to repair the current part v taking the whole window apart?

It is screwed on to window so I don't want to take it off the one attached to window if you can identify without doing so. I need the parts shown in pic. The crank is on the right casement windows. Our KK window crank broke off and need to replace the star inside the handle. Do we need to replace the whole crank mechanism?

need 13 window cracks like the attached and 13 covers (white)

i measured 9 1/2" crank arm and 5" casing on interior

Window is no longer attached to bottom of window arm. Arm number is HG04-2004 It is a Silver Line casement window, with a right opening. Purchased 10/09 Series #7500

I was trying to order two (2) of each. Left side (2) Right side (2). I ordered Item # 39-326 and Item # 39-325. The problem is the stud that connects to the window needs to be facing up. We have four windows, but two have missing or broken crank operators and handles. The pictures are of the intact ones. Can you tell me what the comparable items are on your site to the items in the pictures?. Trying not to spend $2000 on new windows!!! Thanks
