Looking for replacement cranks or preferably the plastic insert that goes in them (it is stripped and spins instead of opening the window). The brand looks like Truth. The part number stamped on top is 30744. If you have the hinges then I'm probably going to want to replace the the seals and the crank as well.

Looking for replacement cranks that are stripped and some plastic cracked

I purchased part 39-315 however, it is not fitting. The distance between my installations holes is 3 1/4"......also, the arm is slightly longer that the one I've purchase, the length of my arm is 5 1/4" Have I purchased the correct part?

The handle and the casing are stripped so the complete assembly needs to be replaced.

I recently purchased the 39-187 to replace my old window crank. I think I should have ordered the 39-089, but there still seems to be a slight difference. The secondary crank arm on mine seems to be shorter than the 39-089. My secondary arm is 3 1/2". Do I need to change to a different stud bracket ... (cont.)

Window is 16" w x 31" h, a small casement. Opens to left. Ring gear on the operator shaft pops out. I drove it in and it stays provided the window is used gently. Good day. We are missing a window operator like the one above. The only mark is "Made in USA". the operator is 5.5" and the arm is 7-1/2" from the tip to where the arm angles. We need both left and right operators.
