Hello , I?m in a patriot home and need a replacement casement window crank. Can you please help with this ? I need one for the left window crank . The inside retangle housing is about 4 inches by 1 inch .This window does not open anymore so I have also included pictures of the right window crank . ... (cont.)

Windows hinge on outside at left, so it appears that product number 39-031 are the ones that we need, but please confirm. Long arm measurement on your website is very helpful. Our arms measure 10 3/4" to the screw. Short arm is 4 7/16". We need 2 operators and 5 cranks.

I looking for a window crank handle with a 11/32 inch opening with teeth. It has #45240 with 8 under. White, manufacturers by BEST BUILT.

This is for an older Anderson wood casement window operator. the arm is 9 1/2 inches long. the number on the base is 45047. The number on the arm is 40530. The gears are worn on this on and will no longer crank correctly...Thank you

The crank does not close window. It will open but it skips, when taking the piece out that I'm holding in photos it appears damaged. Can you replace that piece I'm holding or do you need replace entire operator? Which swisco part would replace this ? The operator arms are approximately 11.5 inches ... (cont.)

I have few windows with the arm showing in the pictures below. I rarely open my windows because the plastic wheel on the arm keeps coming off from the rail attached to the window. We need some replacement cranks for our KK windows. I think the numbers on the crank are 30810 and 6295P. It also has Entry Gard printed on it. I think we need about 5 cranks.

I sent a previous email w/ o pics. Sorry. I ordered 2 39-035 thinking that this would also fit the Picture Window. My goof. The window is 65" tall x 18" wide. I am working on cleaning up the window cranks. We have several that the long screw attached to the crank won't turn to "close" the window or is missing the crank and long screw attachment. It looks like it is "stripped". Can the two parts be bought?

We move to home in NM in which the casement windows do not completely shut- mechanism seems to work. Not familiar with these units I disconnected the mechanism top and bottom and the window came out bending the mechanism (apparetnly there are no hinges with this system).
