Do you have a window operator like the attached?

I am looking for Extra Heavy Duty Crank and Rail to replace the existing crank for steel window which is very old and very stuck. We replaced the original cranks with the ones you see in the photos, however most of them were broken because it is not strong to open heavy window especially when start ... (cont.)

White window crank handle seems to be stripped inside. Numbers inside on handle are 2102. It looks like your product code 39-114L 11/32" looks like it would fit. Help please.

This picture is of a working unit that I need to replace on a second window.

your window handle number 39-114' size is 3" by 2" but mine looks the same but the size is 3 5/8" by 2 1/2"

The operator I have looks a lot like your 39-348. The mounting holes are different. The casting has the name Standard Thompson and the ends of the arms have metal "buttons" that ride in the channel. The distance between the buttons is 34 3/4".

Need to replace this. Thank yoU!

The base number is 45179, the arm is 40761 and it's 12 inches. Question does it come with the "screw thing" don't know the name?

appears a problem with crank- attached photos of it- can I replace with crank with screw as it seems it's not catching? If doesn't work is it returnable? Or do I need entire unit?

Is the crank handle (39-114L) match the Traditional Window Operator with a 13 1/2" arm? I just want make sure I order the correct one. The handle on the old operator had a set screw which I had to drill out to get it off. I don't see a set screw on this handle. What holds it on?
