I have cardaco crank out window in kitchen, these covers look like they would fit ?

The picture of the tilt window lock for left side. The open and close mechanism for a casement window right side.The designation of left and right is from inside of the window. Are the cranks for these window interchangeable, both for left and right opening windows?

Two LH window cranks are apparently stripped and need replacement. Obviously, this photo is of the RH side that works. On the mechanism, the name WindowGard Truth and the number 20755 is stamped. Thank you.

One of the Caradco window operators in my condo does not open the window when cranked unless the closed window is started to open by manually pushing it.
