When we purchased out home one of the great features was the windows. All are Casement. Two of the window operators broke within a month of each other. The Truth arm operator work on all my windows, but handles on 3 of the 5 windows spin. The handle is made by weathershield in Medford Wisc. and it does not have a set screw on the bottom. Do you have this handle? Thank you, Mike F

Hi, I need to replace the operators (I think that's the right name) in several of my casement windows. The center threaded bolt doesn't seem to engage the gears when you turn the crank.
