Hi, this small window was installed by home before I bought it 12 years ago. The Handal has fractured. Do you guys carry this type and if so, how do I get a replacement?

The cylinder is not engaging so the crank doesn't open the window. The arms are working. The Caradco cover needs replacement too.

Hello, I am looking to replace a single arm casement window operator. The original was manufactured by Truth. I believe that it is about 7.5" - see the attached photos to determine exact length.Thank you in advance for your help.Stephen

I'm not familiar with windows. Is this apparatus the only thing that holds the window on the bottom? When remove it I assume I need the window closed and locked - correct?

I have an older crestline installed window. The crank is no longer working - can't open or close the window. It has a pin that should go in to line up with the gears so the crank will do it's work but I cannot get that back in to its correct place. I am wondering if I should just try to get a new cr ...
