Need to replace the crank mechanism, thr part the whole part the handle connects to.

I have one that is broken. The photos are of the working window hardware.

From what I've found I have FERCO brand windows, the arm that attaches to the window frame is 71/2" and the sliding arm is 7". I also need the opening mechanism as the housing is cracked.

I've a Hurd awning window. The glass in it is 17 x 17 inches. The crank handle is stripped inside the operator. The hole the crank operator goes into is 4 3/4 inches wide and the operator itself is 5 inches wide on the outside. When the window is open full way, the crank arms are about 11 inches lon ... I have a double casement window with two operators. one side opens right and the other side opens left. Both old operators are bad and I need replacements for both.

These pics are from the right window, the left is broken can't open it right now. the parts is Entrygard true #31229

This is a downstairs wood window that needs both left and right cover pieces for the operator as shown the labels say "truth" additionally, one of the cranks seems to have lost its threading with the gear so sometimes when closing the window the roller pops out from the track due to excessive force ... It looks like your product 39-315 is close to what I need. Except where your top bar measures 5" mine is 4.5". Will that work for me? Or do you have a similar product that will. I included a tape measure in these pictures for better reference. Thanks again for the help.

The only markings I could see are a "CU" followed by a sort of arrow symbol. There is an "A" and "B" on the left and right (respectively) base or mounting plates. The linkage seems to be fine, but both of the crank housings are cracked so the gears are no longer connecting.

Need this part for three separate windows. 1 left side and 2 right side
