I'm looking to replace two casement window cranks. They crank in opposite directions. I'm having difficulty finding the right size. Thank you, Peter

When opening the window, the mechanism works fine (first pic). But, when closing the window the handle seems to unravel more and comes out, leaving the window partially open. Maybe the gears are stripped. The handle shows 45054 number and the arms have 'Truth' on them. Do you have this mechanism. ... (cont.)

Hi, As you can see on the picture the handle has lost its rotating bit. I need 4 such handles. Please let me know if you can help. Jacques

Hello, thanks in advance. Our window crank does not open the window anymore. There is a small gear that has come out of the unit and the gear teeth seem worn out. I assume the window handle needs to be replaced.
