Looking to replace 3 window cranks on windows. They are Polaris windows.

Please identify the parts I need to replace existing casement windows hinges or operating mechanism.

The right handle has become worn and bent preventing the window from opening. I bent the part back but after some use it again isn't opening and closing. Need to replace the handle. Can you recommend a part number?

I think that the threads in the barrel are stripped. What parts do I need to fix this or does the whole thing need to be replaced?

The measurement of the outer screws on the base plate - center to center is 4-3/8". The measurement of L30841 bracket from where it's attached to the operator to the joint of the other bracket is 4" - center to center.
