Hello. I have a wood framed window, gold colored crank, and single arm bearing the name Wright and the number 9389 on it. Looks like I need two of these, the handle turns but feels like the gear teeth have worn away.

Believe it to be your 39-139 and 39-504. Also want matching handle and two screen clips with the assorted screws and nuts. Color dark Bronze Manufacturer Kawneer "Sealair" Installed 1998.Steve

hi. I need various parts to replace. I noticed that some of the reasons for the windows being damaged are small plastic parts have become brittle and have fallen off causing part to come out of track.

The one number on the mechanism is 30905. This window does not crank the window in closed enough for the window latches to be able to grab and latch the window closed. I had to make up and install a little wooden knob on the window in order to pull it in by hand so the window could be latched closed ... (cont.)

I have vintage 2005 Solaris casement windows. Some of the cranks don't work anymore as the plastic piece that holds the set screw is cracked. I have attached pictures.
