This is from a Kohler window made in Canada. The opening through which the crank mechanism is inserted is 3 1/2" long by 1/2" high. The length of the arm from the end to the angled elbow is 12" and the elbow itself is 1 1/2". We wish to order two (2) of these operators (same dimensions and openin ... (cont.)

Look to be original openers. Windows may be as much as 30 years old. Need new openers for both left and right windows.

The hard is in a Bonneville mulled double casement. We'll need one left and one right hand. The mechanism has become loose over time and falling out of the guide track so it requires removing the screen to pull the window in so the outside "roller" beyond the middle of the guide track then the mech ... The Dyad crank 5" operator #39-089 is a 5" hole on center and the arm is 5" . I need it with a 4 7/16 arm.

Built my house in 2002. This is a Norco brand. I have a handyman who will install if I can find a compatible operator. Maybe Product Code: 39-028E ??? Anyone who can assist, will be much appreciated.

Trying to replace an old casement handle that has stripped grooves inside. I measured and thought that 3/8" bore was correct and I purchased item 39-104. I've had these Seaway windows for 30 years, the actuator on this window lost a couple rivets and I need to replace it. Can you help with a new actuator?

Two small crank out windows on both sides of bay window. Haven't been used in over a decade. Need to replacements. Stamped number on one arm is L30841, r other arm is stamped R30842. Pictures attached with measurements on tape ruler. Can you assist?

Gear inside mechanism must be stripped! when Opening or closing crank its a dead spot and handle turns ,but window does not move!

These casement cranks + operator look between a brass and stone color. They are original to the house built in 1970.
