Crank threads are stripped, window opens but can't close by crank. Hoping to go through and replace all in house. Windows ordered by previous homeowners so don't know anything more.

We do not see any numbers, etc but we can turn the knob but nothing happens...seems everything is stripped. Would we be able to get something to fix this. Thanks.

I have a Truth window in bathroom with left and right crank arms. Image4 reflects rusted lower arm. The crank arm also not functional as it turns without the window opening or closing. Entry Gard # 40759. Double arm. Installed unit appeared to have to have 'end caps' Missing. The part that engages the slide mechanism

It has an "elbow" I got a part without the bend by accident and need the correct part

Looking for the piece missing that you turn to open the window, the window on the right (from inside) is missing the handle. I was able to get the Brand - Truth. Looks like model number is 30744.

Do you need anything else to ID my part?

Opening-closing mechanism for an old Harvey window.

Operator will crank Window out but will only crank back in within a couple inches
