Hello,We have Milgard windows from 1993 which need some repairs. The white weatherproofing that lines the bottom part of most of our casement windows is damaged from opening and closing the windows. We need about 22 feet total. I can pull out a piece for more specific identification if you cannot ... (cont.)

We have the same crank windows with Truth arm. Our issue is slightly different. The actual window crank entire apparatus comes out of the crank holder and we cant crank the window closed any longer. Any ideas how to fix? Ty

Hello. We recently had a painter in and he painted the window casings. Can we purchase black or gold replacement hardware?

A tenant reported that the windows stopped opening. When inspecting the mechanism the crank only partly connects with the teeth so the easiest will be to replace it. The right handle has become worn and bent preventing the window from opening. I bent the part back but after some use it again isn't opening and closing. Need to replace the handle. Can you recommend a part number?

I think that the threads in the barrel are stripped. What parts do I need to fix this or does the whole thing need to be replaced?

The measurement of the outer screws on the base plate - center to center is 4-3/8". The measurement of L30841 bracket from where it's attached to the operator to the joint of the other bracket is 4" - center to center. Hi, I have a few windows not closing properly. Attached are photos. It seems the windows are sagging slightly. Can you tell me what parts I need ? They are Marvin casements and the house was bulit in 1994. Windows are originals I believe
