Bottom sill appears to be one solid strip not, sure how to remove. Could someone assist me? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Need replacement parts cover and handles to open the windows. Also are there full replacement windows? 14x 34 roughly. They are older the one pops out at the bottom. I can't open to see the model number.

Looking to replace Jeld-Wen window cranks. The part number is Jel-N-186, the finish is Oil Rubbed Bronze.

I think I need to replace the casement since the window keeps coming off the track. The nylon roller is also in bad shape. Can you help identify what type of casement I need and what part of the window I need to pry off? Unsure if it's two pieces or one.

My window crank is no longer working and I think I need to replace it. The cut out for the crank is 5in. The long arm that says entry gard truth is about 9in. The part that says 20810 is about 4.5in. Need these parts

Crank still works, but 3/4 to closed, it hangs up. I can then pullk the window in a biut, and the crank with then continue to full closure. Set scre on crank handle is tight. Crank "axle" seems to be loose. I think that several teeth on the mean crank gear are broken.Oliver

These are for 1988 vintage Hurd wood/clad casement windows Do you have this mechanism? don't really need any crank handles or covers unless the originals won't fit the new mechanism. Please advise

Hi there, I have 4 upstairs windows that can't open- seems the crank operator is broken. One window stayed stuck open when we opened it up not knowing it couldn't close! Not sure if this is a handle replacement or the whole deal. I believe the longer arm is 8" and the other is 4".
