Help , the arm mechanism is working , but gear box is missing parts

From '94 in eastern Mass. The part which attaches to the bottom corner of the window pane, and slides side to side, is rusted/corroded on several windows. This has caused them to want to be stuck in the open position. And to close them for now I need to push in from the outside while someone else cr ... (cont.)

We have a pair of 25" W x 50" H casement windows where the right side window crank is too worn to open and close the window. The crank handle easier comes off. You can see the gears have worn out. I ordered operators (39-156 - Caradco Window Crank, 9-1/2) but they do not work. I believe the link arm is too short. can you tell me which operator to order

Hello, We need to find matching parts just the trims and covers in black or dark bronze color. We are painting the wood window frames in black and would like replacements that match the new color scheme. Is this something you can help us with? Thank you!

Before I order, I believe part #39-083 would be the replacement for the broken one that I have but just wanted to verify with someone there if this is correct. Mine measures 21 1/2" and it looks to me like the holes line up. Thanks for your help. Art
