This for a 26" Marvin Casement Window. I need two (2) left hand and two (2) right hand operator arms. Please provide correct part numbers. Thanks

I ordered the operator that was said to have been the replacement for my original ut it does not work. The window does not close completely. Is there another operator that will work?

My casement replacement windows are about 25yrs old. I have to replace the operators on 2 windows (each window has a Left and a Right sash, so a total of 4 bad operators). The company name is Caradco, and apart from the pictures I am enclosing here, I have no additional information on the size of the crank. I remember what they looked like, but I don't know much more. I have a Vetter Casement Window opener that appears to have stripped gears. It is a Entry Gard opener by Truth. There is also a number (20810) stamped into the metal.
