Home was built in 2002 and all the windows have this pivot lock shoe. Vinyl material. Any help would be appreciated. Suitable functioning substitute, would be great also...

hi: i cannot find window tilt latch or balance coupling after looking at all the local HW stores. Mine is shorter than all the latches available. Can you help please. The measurements of my shoe seem to match this part, however, my cam color is WHITE and there's BLUE in the back. Do the colors signify anything I should be aware of or can I just go by the measurements? (The window is a tilt Crystal Windows & Door System likely Series 2000A)

Hello, Attached are (2) pics. I a trying to determine if the part i need is 1/2" thick or 17/32" . Balances are working fine. However, the plastic part that connects the balance to the window guide has failed. How do I go about repairing these? I have 2 windows, only one side is broken on each. Do they both sides need replacing or just the broken side? Is this normal wear and tear? How long do the windows last? Thanks, Lisa S

Attached is the pivot shoe that goes with a blue tipped spiral balance for these windows.

We are trying to determine which shoe we should order to replace this part. We need to order a LOT, basically for all our windows so want to get the right one the first time. The window balances are red tip 37" 5/8" wide. Can you help identify this shoe? Thanks, Dana

Hi. The pivot brake shoe is 1/2" thick, 1.25 wide, and ~2" long. It mates up with a red balance. I ordered the 15-046. Is that correct?

There are no names or numbers that I can find on this part. The part is 2" in height 1/2" thick.
