Hi, the first two pictures I sent are from the left side of the window, one is with the piece in place and the second is with the part removed. I ordered these as replacement parts for my vinyl windows, however the light brown circular pivot that the Pivot bar fits into only pivots about a 1/4 of an inch then it appears to hang up. Please explain .... did I get bad parts are is this the way the Pivot shoe is suppose to work. It fits in ever ... (cont.)

I am looking to replace both the spiral balance and shoe for a double hung, tilt window. The spiral balance tube is white and measures 16", 3/8" diameter. There is no tip color visible. The shoe measures roughly 1/2"(9/16?) x 1 1/4" x 2". It has a green "button" with a white cam. ... (cont.)

a customer has a 1980s tilt out double hung, enclosed are 2 pics, one of a shoe? that attaches to sash, the other of a broken plastic circle attached to the spiral balancer, the round shoe seems to fit into the broken plastic circle.

Hello I am trying to fix some double hung vinyl windows on a house that I have recently purchased. I am missing several pivot bars and several of the shoes are broken. I do not know the make of the windows. Any help would be appreciated.

Hope you can assist in identifying these parts. No model #'s seen for these windows. Windows (2) were placed incorrectly after cleaning and forced closed resulting in damaged parts. I can supply more photos and measurements upon request.

I am looking for replacement Tube Balances for my white vinyl clad double hug tilt windows. The tube balances in my window are 26 inches long, they just over a half inch 1/2 in diameter and narrower than five eights 5/8. My spiral balances on 7 tilt windows are plastic tubes and there is no tip. There is a circular guide in the channel (IMG_0226) that will slide in the channel. The pivot shoe is 17/32 thick x 1 1/4" x 2" (15-015?) I have 7 windows with 4 spiral balances each so I assume that I will need 28 of ... (cont.)

I tried tightening my springs but no help. I know the shoe's are worn because they won't stay in place with window out. Attached is a picture of the shoe installed.
