I have a window that won't stay up and is hard to open the first picture is one side of window and second picture is the part that is broke it is plastic .Could you tell me what that part is called .

I am looking for replacement Tube Balances for my white vinyl clad double hug tilt windows. The tube balances in my window are 26 inches long, they just over a half inch 1/2 in diameter and narrower than five eights 5/8. Can you tell me if you have these pivot locks hoping you carry them or one that's a replacement of this need a bunch

My spiral balances on 7 tilt windows are plastic tubes and there is no tip. There is a circular guide in the channel (IMG_0226) that will slide in the channel. The pivot shoe is 17/32 thick x 1 1/4" x 2" (15-015?) I have 7 windows with 4 spiral balances each so I assume that I will need 28 of ... (cont.)

I tried tightening my springs but no help. I know the shoe's are worn because they won't stay in place with window out. Attached is a picture of the shoe installed. Need replacement Pivot Shoes and Valance Clips.

This original window pivot says 530C on it. I bought a swisco 15-015 as a replacement, it is very similar and would work except the thickness of the pivot hole is shallower, and my tilt window falls out of it when fully mounted. My current pivot shoe height is 2.25" and .5" thick and withid is 1.25" and my question is which one of yours would fit with mine.

IMG_2467 shows intact pivot shoe and IMG_2466 shows broken shoe that I want to replace. Measurements of the shoe are: 1.259" wide, 2.047" tall, 0.551" deep. Hello, 1. I need lock/unlock type shoes for single hung vinyl windows. The shoe is 1 and 3/16 inch wide. It is 1/2 inch deep. I don't know the malefactor, but may be Glen-Wen.
