15-046 Pivot Shoe, 1/2" Thick

Looking for an identification on this. It does not look like the ones listed. There is a metal piece with hooks to go around the pin on these. The channel opening is roughly 1" to 1 1/4" wide and ~1/2" deep. THe sash is 20lbs and the end of the spiral tilt balance is blue.

It appears to be 9/16" thick, 1-1/4" wide and 2-1/8 tall I've attached pictures

The dimensions of this shoe are 2" x 1 1/4" x 1/2", as good as I can measure. It has a blue circle with an opening that is 11/16 x 12/16 with the peg being 1/16. The opening in the middle is 5/16 x 7/16. This is from a Traco double hung window that was purchased between 1995-1998. I would ... (cont.)

Hi I have trouble removing pivot shoe as shown in picture. The frame is steel, not vinyl. The right side overlaps the pivot shoe about 1-2mm. A cutout was already there from installers. Swisco, I have two kitchen windows in need of new hardware. There is no brand name on the windows. The swivel balances are 20 inches long with blue tips. The tube diameter looks to be 5/8". Older windows manufacturer unknown. pivot shoe dimensions 2 inches top to bottom, 1 1/4 wide on front face, 9/16 deep where pivot hole located.
