39-139 Single Arm Crank Operator, 9-1/2"

The operator arm is hitting the Bar Hinge on the bottom of the window and stopping the full closure of the window. There is no room to bend the arm as it would need to be bent downward at the angle and would bind on the crank and window frame. The disk on the arm moves freely and has about 2 inches ... (cont.)

Hello, I'm looking for a replacement and am unfamiliar. I believe the company is "Truth". There seems to be a number 30050 but may be missing a portion due to corrosion. I'm not exactly sure how to measure(please see pic). Can someone provide some guidance. Thanks!

Hi, My cranking mechanism pulls away from the window when cranking. The 2 screws (that hold the cranking mechanism to the window), when tightened, do not hold the mechanism any more. the screws do not seem stripped, but perhaps the housing for the screws are stripped? Our window cranks have been stripped over years of use. I had a window guy look at these and he figured they were from around 1991. I'm looking to make them work again. Can you help? Thanks in advance. Darren.
